SAFELASE Classes and Training
The SafeLase System
The SafeLase System which differs from any other training program in the country is based on teaching students the five basic parameters a laser technician needs to know in order to perform safe and effective laser treatments so that the laser operator can work on any laser in the industry - not just specific lasers he or she was trained on. Programs Offered
SafeLase Institute offers a variety of training programs to meet your needs and time requirements. SLI offers an Accelerated Program, a Weekend Program, a 3 Day Program, 4 Day Program, and 5 Day Program. Read more about what each program has to offer!
Course Content: Home Study
To prepare for the class each student begins with the SafeLase Home Study Program which they complete at their convenience. This consists of a reading component which prepares the student for the online pre-test. The pre-test allows the instructors to pinpoint concepts the student did not fully understand, which in turn allows for corrections and explanations before the student attends the course in person. Read more about the information covered in the Home Study component of our training program.
Course Content: Workshop Content
Our comprehensive on-site workshop covers Scientific Considerations, Alternative Methods of Hair Removal, Laser and Light Based Hair Removal Equipment, Business Practices, and more. Each student enters the classroom not only as a student but also as a client, and spends time practicing hands on laser treatments on themselves as well as on laser models and clients.
